They all have low mileage, which is cool. But a 10 year old Bmw 5 Series for $22,000? No way in hell that's happening.

My Dad had one of those back when I was real little. He was at a BMW dealership and was looking to buy a lower 5 series and when he mentioned he wanted a manual the sales person said he might have a car for him. Shows him an about brand new black 540i with a purple interior, or vise versa I dont remember, but there was a lot of purple. Take the next part with a grain of salt, I've never fully trusted my Dads story telling abilities.

Anyways the story went that the dealership had a huge contract with a local company for company cars. Lower management got 3 series, middle got 5 series and upper got 7 series. On top of that he custom ordered that 5 series with the purple for his wife. It was such a rare color combo the dealership owner had to pick it up personally. He went, picked it up got it delivered and a month or so later he comes back with the car asking to return it. His wife didnt like the manual, car only had like 600-1000 miles on it. Because the contract is so big the owner bites his tongue and takes the car back. And then my dad comes in and gets an incredible deal on the thing because the owner wants it off the lot since hes pissed at it.
